Mechanical engineering department was established in the academic year 2OO4-05 .The department is offering four year B.Tech with an intake of 120 students during academic year 2014-15. The intake in U.G Programme was increased from 60 to 120 in the academic year 2011-12. The strength of the department lies with its well qualified and experienced faculty. The department is led by experienced staff with M. Tech’s. The department is having well equipped laboratories and provides excellent facilities for gaining practical knowledge. The main beauty of the department is that, each one of the student will undergo their project work under the complete supervision of the staff.
